You are an Independent Contractor, and you must become a member of one of our investment clubs.
No cost to join or remain a member.
Minimum investment contribution of at least $120/year or $10/month.
Can withdraw un-invested investment contributions at any time.
Refer potential clients (members) to our services and become the client’s Referrer for life.
The client doesn’t have to become a member of one of our investment clubs.
You cannot use general solicitations and must have a “substantive pre-existing relationship” with the person you are referring.
You receive a referral disbursement equal to 10% of the net profit the referred client receives on every deal as long as you are an active member.
Active member is defined as a member who makes an investment contribution of at least $120/year or $10/month.
If you refer a client who becomes a Traditional Real Estate Investor, you will receive 33% of the profit share that The BNIC Network LLC receives on the back end of each deal as long as you are an active member.
