We have developed a unique residual referral program to encourage our Series Investment Club members to refer their friends, family, and business associates to join us in supporting the vision of building a future where self-sufficiency and economic empowerment are accessible to everyone and earning at least a 10% cash on cash Return on Investment (ROI) on EVERY REAL ESTATE DEAL. Here’s how it works:
1. Series Investment Club (SIC) members are given the opportunity to participate in Investment Opportunities offerings by the Parent Investment Club (PIC).
a. Each real estate Investment Opportunity is selected using a proprietary risk management system that manages the real estate deal to generate at least a 10% cash on cash Return on Investment (ROI).
b. Other non-real estate Investment Opportunities have projected ROIs from 6% to as much as 20 times your initial investment.
2. 80% of the gross profits are distributed to the members as “capital gains distributions”.
a. This is the amount remaining after taking into account:
i. Administrative Costs (1% of gross profits),
ii. Retained Earnings (10% of profits after deducting the 1% for administrative costs) which are donated to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations providing services to those who are in the communities we are rebuilding, and
iii. Referral Distributions (9% of profits after deducting the 1% for administrative costs) which are distributed to the referral network.
b. This equates to a net profit of at least an 8% cash on cash ROI for our real estate Investment Opportunities.
3. 9% of the gross profit is set aside as “referral distributions” to be distributed as follows:
a. The person who is the immediate Referrer of a member who receives a capital gains distribution receives an amount equal to 10% of the referral’s capital gains distribution.
b. The person who referred the Referrer receives an amount equal to 10% of the Referrer’s referral distribution.
c. This continues for however many Referrers there are in the line of Referrers, to infinity.
4. ALL the referral distributions come strictly from the 9% of the gross profit that is set aside. Therefore, this is not a pyramid scheme or Ponzi scheme that is dependent on continually adding more people to the network and having them pay a fee to join.
a. There is never a fee to join one of our Series Investment Clubs.
b. There is a minimum annual contribution amount of $120 or $10/month to your Member Contribution Account to remain an Active member and to be eligible to receive referral distributions. All funds deposited into your Member Contribution Account can be withdrawn at any time if they are not subscribed to an Investment Opportunity.
c. If a Referrer becomes an Inactive member, they are removed from the referral network and their referrals go to the person who referred them.
5. Any amount remaining from the 9% of the gross profit set aside for referral distributions are considered retained earnings for the SIC and are donated to nonprofit organizations.
Real-Life Example
· Jerome becomes a member of a Series Investment Club (SIC) and makes an initial membership contribution of $10,000.
· The next month Jerome participates in an Investment Opportunity by buying $10,000 worth of shares in an Investment Opportunity.
· Six months later the Parent Investment Club (PIC) distributes $11,000 to Jerome’s SIC:
o $10,000 is the return of Jerome’s capital contributions, which goes back into his capital contributions account.
o $1,000 is the Gross Profit from the Investment Opportunity
· Upon receiving the $1,000 in Gross Profit for the SIC, the PIC deducts 1% ($10.00) as its administrative fee. This leaves $990 in profit.
· The SIC designates 10% of the remaining profit ($99.00) as Retained Earnings to be donated to nonprofit organizations. This leaves $891 in profit.
· The SIC distributes 90% of the remaining profit ($801.90) to Jerome as a “capital gains distribution” and credits that amount to Jerome’s Capital Distribution Account. This leaves $89.10 to be assigned as “referral distributions”.
· Jerome was referred by Bill, who is an Active member in another SIC. Bill receives an amount equal to 10% of Jerome’s capital gains distribution ($80.19). This leaves $8.91 in referral distributions.
· Bill was referred by Calvin, who is an Active member in another SIC. Calvin receives an amount equal to 10% of Bill’s referral distribution ($8.01). This leaves $0.90 in referral distributions.
· Calvin was referred by Michael Evans, who is an Active member of the PIC. Michael receives an amount equal to 10% of Calvin’s referral distribution ($0.80). This leaves $0.10 in referral distributions.
· Michael Evans is the founding member of the referral network, so there’s no one above him. The $0.10 is left in Jerome’s SIC as Retained Earnings.
